We can effectively monitor the situation of any customer - provided, of course, that we diligently work on a given contact and keep the sales opportunity information up-to-date. The view remains simple and straightforward, with all relevant information available from one place: contact information, account manager, latest updates, recent emails (if we've set up email integration), scheduled tasks, products and costs (we can add them in the settings), as well as the status of the sales opportunity. From this view, we can also assign a sales opportunity to a specific group or describe it with any tag, making it easier to search and manage sales opportunities later.

Managing sales opportunities in Livespace remains intuitive. We can easily move them with a single click, edit their details, add notes, mark steps in the sales process, and send personalized or automated emails.

In addition, in order to work effectively on sales opportunities, we have a task management function. Tasks can be created and managed directly from the sales opportunity module card, from the customer card or directly from the card of the sales opportunity in question. They offer a range of options, such as reminders, assigning responsible people, cyclicity or privacy settings, which facilitates effective planning and execution of sales opportunity activities.

Working in Kanban boards

Kanban board is a tool that supports project and process management. The kanban system is based on organizing the process so that each person, department or team delivers exactly what is needed at any given time. The Kanban board is made up of columns, each of which represents one process step and contains the tasks assigned to that particular step.

The "Sales Opportunities" tab in Livespace also has a view in the form of a Kanban Board. Unless you change the settings, you will see the default sales process.

The predominant color is gray, there is no highlighting of active elements and no menu suggesting action. The interface itself, despite its good usability, could be more 'honeyed' which would certainly improve the quality of work in the system and induce a positive experience for Livespace users.

  • Base Package - $69 per month Aimed at small businesses. Allows you to create your own sales processes, integrate email inbox, manage sales funnel and analyze reports.
  • Automation Package - $139 per month Offers the ability to create 3 sales processes, manage team structure and goals, automate tasks and send emails. It also has a wider range of integrations.
  • Growth Package - $209 per month Targeted to rapidly growing companies. Provides more sales processes, user roles, team assignments, Sales Bot and priority support.
  • Professional Package - £348 per month Includes all features available in lower packages, no limits on sales processes and users. Also allows you to test the system on an additional free account.
