The integration between CRM and Subiekt Nexo is based on the exchange of information between the systems. This connection works both ways, allowing both import and export of data. Synchronization is implemented through Sphere and takes place in stages, allowing new orders to be transferred from the CRM system directly to Subiekt Nexo. If there are changes (e.g. editing or deleting) in the already transferred data, they will be visible after a full synchronization, which is carried out once a day.

In the Nexo system, we order the transfer of orders, and in turn receive a range of information. This includes units of measure, VAT rates, available forms of payment, product categories and groups, including price ones, employee groups, warehouse data, a list of customers, an assortment of products, their specific features and their values, discount and invoice information. All of this is a compilation of various data that is transmitted between these systems.
