The CRM system underwent a UI layer redesign and got a new look in version 5 to which more than 1,000 changes and improvements have been made for users.
What has been improved in the interface ?
The new look is all about better accessibility and usability and navigation through the system.
Also improved : new Customer file and cases, simplified email appearance, search engine.

In terms of UX usability of the interface solution, in places we do not know how to find our way around the panel or intuitively find the necessary functionality. The whole ordering process works based on the backend Lightbox windows opened above the main panel.=
The menu and the lack of auto save for the changes made is a big problem on our part, also the placement of navigation icons and their intuitiveness. An arrangement of the navigation menu on the right side with smaller icons would work better for this type of solution.
The way the system works, i.e.: open windows above the main interface, would also be good to replace with a clearer solution even from the Google Analytics interface.
To enter the editing of a person, double-click on a record in the table, but the cursor does not indicate the ability to enter a specific record (no change in its status).

This is not a big problem, however, despite the inclusion of the PL version, we still have CTAs and some descriptions available in English.
On the configuration side of building the system structure at the first login, we can choose and define how we want to work in the system. We can also configure or edit the available options later by clicking the 'quick start' icon.
